昆山杜克大学顾问委员会新增三名成员，“豪华智囊团”再升级

昆山杜克大学顾问委员会于今年秋季迎来了三位在教育界、商界与投资界拥有丰富经验的新成员，他们是杜克大学校董会主席、斯佩林家族办公室总裁劳伦娜·斯佩林（Laurene Sperling），思念食品联合创始人、首席执行官王鹏，以及中信证券董事长张佑君。期待新智慧的注入能为昆山杜克大学下一阶段的快速发展集结新能量！

This fall, three outstanding individuals with rich experience in education, business and investment joined Duke Kunshan University’s Advisory Board: Laurene Sperling, chair of Duke University’s Board of Trustees and president of Sperling Family Office; Peng Wang, co-founder and CEO of Synear Food; and Youjun Zhang, chairman of CITIC Securities. We believe these new members will contribute significantly to the university’s continued growth.

斯佩林是杜克大学校董会主席、斯佩林家族办公室总裁，主要负责其家族企业的投资管理。除了日常的金融投资外，她还管理着投资机构Barah Collective LLC和斯佩林家族慈善基金会。

斯佩林是一位资深的基金会托管人，在领导机构走向长远发展、扩大影响力方面有着丰富的经验。作为非营利组织变革的推动者，她致力于在社会机构的多个领域创造实质性的改变，包括教育、幼儿、劳动力发展、医疗保健和扶贫领域。

自2010年以来，斯佩林一直是杜克大学校董会的重要成员，并在2021年当选为杜克大学校董会主席。同时，她也在杜克大学医疗系统和杜克大学管理公司的董事会任职。

此前，斯佩林在杜克大学获得管理科学和会计学学士学位，并在哈佛商学院获得MBA学位。她是哈佛商学院 "企业董事会中的女性 "项目的毕业生。

Laurene Sperling is chair of Duke University’s Board of Trustees and president of Sperling Family Office. She oversees investment management for an enterprise that, in addition to growing financial capital, also includes Barah Collective LLC, an impact investing entity, and the Sperling Family Charitable Foundation.

Sperling is an experienced foundation trustee with a record for building organizations with long-lasting success and impact. A perennial change agent for nonprofit organizations, she seeks to create substantive improvement in social sectors including education, early childhood, workforce development, health care, and poverty alleviation.

Since 2010, Sperling has been an integral part of Duke’s Board of Trustees, becoming chair in 2021. She also serves on the boards of Duke University Health System and Duke Management Company.

She has a B.A. in management science and accounting from Duke and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Women on Corporate Boards program.

王鹏，思念食品联合创始人、CEO。他24年来带领团队不断创新，以前瞻性思维和国际视野推动思念品牌力持续提升，国内市场占有率近30%，不仅将思念食品打造成为国内速冻食品龙头企业、速冻行业最具价值品牌，更是最早走出国门开拓海外市场，引领思念食品成为国内速冻米面海外出口业务第一品牌。2015年，他带领企业开创行业先河，在美国建立了国际一流的速冻食品生产基地。生产基地立足洛杉矶，辐射北美地区，让有华人的地方就有思念。王鹏热衷公益事业，二十余年来累计为社会慈善公益事业捐款捐物七千余万元，并于2018年入选中国科学技术部“科技创新创业人才”。王鹏此前获得中欧国际工商学院工商管理硕士学位。

Peng Wang, co-founder and CEO of Synear Food, has an MBA from China Europe International Business School. For 24 years, Wang has led continuous innovation and the promotion of Synear Food’s brand influence with a forward-thinking, international vision. Synear has nearly a 30 percent share in China’s frozen food market. Wang not only built his company into the industry’s most valuable domestic brand but it was also the first to go abroad, becoming a top brand in overseas markets. In 2015, Synear established a U.S. production base in Los Angeles.

Wang is also a philanthropist who has donated more than 70 million yuan to social charities and public welfare organizations.

In 2018, China’s Ministry of Science and Technology named Wang as a Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent.

张佑君，现任中信证券党委书记、董事长。张佑君于1995年中信证券成立时加入，于2016年1月19日获委任为执行董事，同期获选担任公司董事长。张佑君亦兼任中信集团、中信股份及中信有限总经理助理，金石投资、中信证券投资、中信证券国际、中信里昂（即CLSAB.V.及其子公司）董事长。张佑君曾于1995年起任中信证券交易部总经理、襄理、副总经理，1999年9月至2012年6月获委任公司董事，2002年5月至2005年10月任公司总经理，1998年至2001年期间任长盛基金管理有限公司总经理，2005年至2011年期间先后任中信建投总经理、董事长，2011年12月至2015年12月任中信集团董事会办公室主任。张佑君于1987年获得中国人民大学货币银行学专业经济学学士学位，并于1990年获中央财经大学货币银行学专业经济学硕士学位。

Youjun Zhang serves as secretary of the Communist Party of China committee and chairman of CITIC Securities. Zhang joined CITIC in 1995, becoming executive director and chairman in 2016. He also serves as assistant to the general managers of CITIC Group, CITIC Ltd. and CITIC Corp. Ltd.; as chairman of Goldstone Investment, CITIC Securities Investment, CSI, and CLSAB.V. and its subsidiaries. 

After joining CITIC, Zhang served as general manager of the trading department, and as assistant manager and deputy general manager of the company. He served as a director from 1999 to 2012 and as general manager from 2002 to 2005. He worked as general manager of Changsheng Fund Management Co. Ltd. from 1998 to 2001, as general manager and chairman of CSC from 2005 to 2011, as a director of the board office of CITIC Group from 2011 to 2015. 

He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Renmin University of China and a master’s degree in economics from the Central University of Finance and Economics.
