“双减”背景下,各校均着力聚焦高效课堂,减负提质。十月底,在郫都区教培中心的组织下,“郫都区、天府新区、都江堰市”三区(市)联合以“减负不减质,构建高效课堂,创新作业设计”为主题的英语教研活动在我校举行。
本次教研主要分为三个板块。第一板块是由我校魏毅老师、都江堰市团结小学兰艺老师进行课例展示、说课活动及老师们观课议课。第二板块是我校英语教研组长余雪老师作《“双减”下作业设计以及对学生的形成性评价策略》分享,天府新区四位教师作《理想的作业》分享。最后,区教研员叶波老师作活动总结。
Under the double reduction policy, every school focuses on the efficient class. By the organization of Pidu Education and Training Centers, the joint English teaching and research activity of Pidu District, Tianfu New District and Dujiangyan City was held in our school at the end of October .The theme of this activity is “concise and better teaching method, innovative and creative homework design”.
This activity is divided into three sections.First,Ms Wei Yi from our school and Ms Lan Yi from Dujiangyan Tuanjie Primary School present their wonderful teaching skills and teaching concepts.Second,Ms Yu xue ,the English group leader of our school, shares the way of homework design and the formative evaluation strategy for students.And teachers from Tianfu New District share their idea of ideal homework.Then,Ms Ye Bo ,the teaching researcher of Pidu District,evaluates the classes and makes a summary of the activity.

魏毅老师的“反转课堂”完全以学生为主体,体现了教师由指挥者变成学生学习的组织者、指导者和帮助者。“以生带生”的模式发挥了学生的主观能动性和榜样示范作用。魏老师用亲切自然的教态带领学生完全沉浸在课堂学习中。大量的原音听读为学生在语言输出时提供了支撑,倡导的"任务型"教学模式,使学生将语言知识快速内化,提升了学生综合运用语言的能力。课堂氛围宽松、民主、和谐,学生们踊跃发言。
As an organizer,guider and helper of the class,Ms Wei Yi takes students as the main body of her flipped classroom.In this way, students' subjective initiative and model function are brought into play.The amiable and natural teaching way of Ms Wei leads students to immerse themselves in learning.By listening a lot in the ‘Task-based Teaching Mode’,students can internalize the knowledge and Improve their ability of using language quickly.Students spoke enthusiastically in such great atmosphere.

魏老师在教学中注重激励性评价,在和学生朋友般的互动中,既促进了学生发展,也深度渗透了本模块的主题意义“聊天交往”,使学生感受到了语言学习的兴趣。
Ms Wei focuses on encouraging evaluation in teaching, which not only promotes students' development, but also deeply penetrates the topic of this module ‘chatting’,making students feel the enjoyment and functionality of the language learnin--g.

兰艺老师由生活实际出发,巧妙地将学生带入课本,并在课堂中穿插中国城市的美丽风景与地方特色,让学生潜移默化地感受到祖国河山的美丽,激发学生对祖国的热爱。兰艺老师关注学生差异,积极调动每个学生的主动性,让每个学生都尽量参与到教学活动中来,保证基本语言的落实到位,让每个学生都有所收获。学生在活泼轻松的氛围中感受到学习英语的快乐和获取知识的满足。
Based on the reality of life, Ms LAN Yi brings the beautiful scenery of Chinese cities into class.It is important to let students feel the beauty of our motherland and motivate their love for China.Ms Lan focuses on the individual differences and arouses students' enthusiasm of learning,so that every student wants to take part in the teaching activities and notches up some gains. Students feel the joy of learning English and the satisfaction of acquiring knowledge in a lively and relaxed atmosphere.

兰老师在教学过程中注重了主题意义的引领作用,将语言内容和文化目标进行了深度融合,在发展学生学习能力和思维品质的同时,培养了学生的认同感,构建了学生热爱祖国、热爱家乡的情感态度与价值观。
During the teaching process, Ms Lan focuses on the leading role of theme meaning. She deeply integrates the linguistic content with cultural objectives. Her class can develop students' learning ability and thinking quality at the same time. it cultivates students' sense of identity and constructs students' emotional attitude of loving their motherland and hometown.
魏毅老师说课
魏毅老师从单元主题的角度谈了自己的课程设计思路,即将课文主题与现实生活接轨,将问题情境生活化,从而落实语言的交际功能。
From the perspective of unit theme, Ms Wei talked about her own curriculum design ideas, which should integrate the text theme with real life, and turn the problem situation into life so as to realize the communicative function of language.
兰艺老师说课
兰艺老师从教材整合方面谈了自己的设计理念,即在主题意义引领下的整合需将语言内容和文化目标相结合。
Ms Lan shared her teaching concept from the aspect of teaching material integration.It means the integration of language content and cultural consciousness under th--e subject.
观课教师认真听课,课后积极进行评课议课。
All the teachers listened carefully during the class and discussed earnestly after class.

我校英语组教研组长余雪老师向大家展示了学生精彩的个性化作业。依据“双减”政策“减负不减质”的明确要求,作业设计做到少而精,精而趣,不仅为学生提供更大的发展空间,更提升了学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。
Yu Xue, the head of the English Teaching and Research Group of our school, showed the wonderful personalized homework of our school’s students. Under the double reduction policy, we should alleviate burdens on students but ensure the quality of teaching. Homework should be fewer but better, fine and interesting. It not only provides students with more space for development, but also improves their interest and enthusiasm in learning.

天府一小的谭晓琴、罗甜甜、秦欢、李巧艳老师作了关于《“双减”下作业设计和形成性评价策略》的分享,她们对小学英语作业设计进行了实践和探索,初步构建了以学习理解、应用实践、迁移创新为横坐标,以听说读写看为纵坐标的理想作业设计模板。理想作业具备融合性、互动性、生活性、趣味性等多重功能,对学生的英语学习起到了很好的促进作用。
Teacher Tan Xiaoqin,Luo Tiantian,Qinhuan,Li Qiaoyan of Tianfu No. 1 Primary School shared "Homework Design and Formative Evaluation Strategies" and showed their distinctive homework design schemes and evaluation strategies.Multi functions of Ideal homework are coordinative,interactive,practical,interesting.It has played a very good role in promoting students' English learning.

教研员叶波老师作活动总结
结合两堂优质课例和小学英语教学特点,郫都区教研员叶波老师为参会老师们详细解读了主题语境下的小学英语单元教学策略及其教学理论支撑,老师们收获颇丰。
Combining the two high-quality lessons and the characteristics of English teaching in primary schools, Ms Ye explained the unit teaching strategies and teaching theories of primary school .All the teachers have learned a lot.
每一次教研都是一次历练,每一次历练都让人成长。本次跨区域教学研讨活动,紧扣“双减”政策,研究课堂教学中的重点,精准定位模块目标和单元主题,通过上课说课、集体观课、专家议课、经验分享等形式,解决教师教学中的实际问题,提升教师日常英语教学能力,构建英语“高效课堂”。
本次研讨效果得到了三区领导及听课教师们的充分肯定,加强了三区教育协同发展的步伐,促进了我校小学英语教学在“双减”政策下全面提升课堂教学质量,追求学校高品质发展的进程。
Every teaching activity is rewarding. This time, we aimed at English teaching in primary schools, grasp the key points in our class. We use various ways to solve the practical problems in teachers' teaching, improve teachers' daily English teaching ability, and build an Efficient English classroom.
All the leaders and teachers from three districts speak highly of this activity, which has strengthened the pace of coordinated development of education in three districts and promoted the process of improving the teaching quality and pursuing high-quality development of our school under the policy of “double reduction”.
