活动介绍

本次活动由广以传媒与公共事务部、广以团委主办，广以学生大使协会承办，将围绕主题“广以人的一百种打开方式”向全校同学征集视频作品并进行评选。优秀作品将获得奖励，更有机会被推荐参加市、省甚至全国比赛。

参赛对象

GTIIT全体学生（本科生、研究生）

奖项设置

本次比赛设置一等奖1名，2等奖3名，三等奖5名，优秀奖10名。另外为各位获奖者准备奖状。

一等奖：1000元

二等奖：800元

三等奖：400元

优秀奖：60元“食堂干饭券”

参赛作品均可获得20元“食堂干饭券”

作品要求

■ 拍摄工具及制作软件不限，视频形式不限。作品中需插入广以片头/片尾。（片头/片尾将会在报名表提交后，发送到参赛者的邮箱）

■时长：15秒到5分钟。

■提交内容：

视频+中英文作品介绍（主创背景、主题等）

■提交格式：

MP4格式（视频）+ word或pdf（作品介绍）

■ 作品命名方式：

作品名称＋作者姓名＋年纪专业

（如123+李华+19BFE）

评分标准

本次比赛评审将根据作品的主题性、技术性、创造力和表现力进行综合评判，结合大众评分得出最终成绩，具体评分依据和标准主要有：

1. 作品主题需要思想健康、积极向上且为原创，包含理工、广以元素。（30分）

2. 作品技术性层面综合考虑取景、构图、色调和清晰度等。（15分）

3. 作品创造力所展示出来的题材新颖度和立意的创新。（25分）

4. 作品表现力评估风格是否突出，表现形式是否鲜明。（20分）

5. 大众评分：在公众号进行大众投票，票数最高的作品为满分，其他参赛作品按得票数与得票最高者比例计算得到总分（例：得票数最高者票数为1000，其大众评分项为10分，则得票数为900的参赛者大众评分项为9分，以此类推）。

6. 加分项：社交平台的浏览量及点赞数、是否中英双语视频等。（10分）

· 注意事项

1. 本次活动征集的视频将为学校官方所用，所以本次参赛的所有视频主办方将拥有使用权。

2. 可个人参赛或自行组队参加。每支队伍不超过4人。

3. 每支队伍（个人）提交作品不超过三个，奖金依据作品颁发，每个奖项及奖金由获奖的队伍（个人）共同获得。

Event Description

This competition held by GTIIT News and Public Affairs, GTIIT Youth League Committee and organized by GTIIT Student Ambassador Association. The theme of the competition is "100 Life-style of GTers" and video entries will be collected from all GTIIT students. The winning entries will be awarded. The best entries may be recommended to participate in the city-level, provincial and even national competitions.

Award Setting

There will be 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 10 honorable mentions in this competition.We also prepare certificates for each winner.

First prize: 1000 RMB

Second prize: 800 RMB

Third prize: 400 RMB

The honorable mention: a canteen voucher of 60 RMB

The participating prize: a canteen voucher of 20 RMB

Work requirements

■ There are no restrictions on shooting tools and software.Video formats are unlimited.

The opening/ending credits of GTIIT must be inserted in the work (it will be sent to your email after registration)

■ Duration: 15sec - 5min

Scoring Criteria

The evaluation of this competition will be based on the comprehensive evaluation of the theme, technique, creativity, and expression of the works, then combined with the public rating to get the final score. The specific scoring basis and criteria are as follows:

1. The theme of the work should be healthy, positive and contain GTIIT and science geek elements. (30 points)

2. At the technical level, the framing, composition, tone, and clarity will be taken into the consideration. (15 points)

3. The evaluation of the creativity of the work refers to the originality of the subject matter and the innovation of the idea displayed by the work. (25 points)

4. The performance evaluation focuses on whether the style of the work is outstanding and whether the form of the expression is distinct. (20 points)

5. The public score: the public vote will be conducted via the official WeChat account, and the work with the highest number of votes will be given full marks in this section. The works of other entries will receive the score based on the proportion of the number of votes and the highest number of votes (for example, if the highest number of votes is 1000, the mass score of the contestant with the highest number of votes is 10, the mass score of the contestant with 900 votes will be 9).

6. Bonus: the number of views and likes on social platforms; bilingual (Chinese and English) expressions and subtitles, etc. (10 points).

· Notice:

1. The university official will have the right to use the videos collected in this activity.

2. You can participate individually or as a team. No more than 4 people per team.

3. Each team (individual) shall submit no more than three works, and the prize will be awarded according to the works. Each prize and bonus shall be shared by the winning team (individual).
