#爱国卫生运动的基本概念#

Basic Concepts of Patriotic Health Campaign

爱国卫生运动是指发挥国家、集体、个人的协调作用，运用群众路线的方法，组织社会进行除害灭病、革除陋习，增强社会卫生意识，改造自然改善环境、消除影响危害健康因素、提高全民生活质量、卫生素质及健康水平的卫生活动。

Patriotic Health Campaign refers to the coordination role of the state, the collective and the individual, using the method of mass line, organizing social forces to eliminate pests and diseases, eliminate bad habits, enhance social health awareness,transform nature to improve the enviroment,eliminate factors affecting health, improve the quality of life, health quality and health level of the whole people.

#爱国卫生运动的意义#

The Significance of Patriotic Health Campaign

爱国卫生运动是中国特有的一种公共卫生工作方式，是除害灭病、抗灾防疫的有效手段，是提高社会效益、经济效益、环境效益，健康效益的最佳途径之一。开展爱国卫生运动符合国情，能充分满足人民的利益和需要。它既是精神文明建设的重要内容，又是物质文明建设的必要条件，具有移风易俗，改造国家的伟大意义。

Patriotic Health Campaign is a unique way of public health work in China, it is an effective means of eliminating pests and diseases,resisting,disasters and is one of the best way to improve social, economic, environmental and health benefits. Carrying out patriotic health campaign is in line with the national conditions and can fully meet the interests and needs of the people. It is not only an important content of spiritual civilization construction,but also a necessary condition of material civilization construction, it is of great significance to change customs and transform the country.

基本要求

一、坚持为精神文明建设服务,为人民群众服务的方向:

二、坚持把除害灭病作为爱国卫生运动的中心任务;

三、坚持政府组织，地方负责，群众动手,部门协调,科学治理，社会监督、分类指导的工作方针:

四、坚持以键康教育为先导，以卫生基础设施建设为重点，经常检查督促为机制，以强化长效管理为手段的主要措施:

五、坚持量力而行，因地制宜，突出重点，综合治理的原则。

Basic Requirements

根本任务

改善城乡环境卫生和生活条件，消除影响和危害人民群众健康的不良因素，切断疾病传播途径，提高社会成员的公共卫生意识、健康意识和自我保健防病能力。

Fundamental Task

什么是生活垃圾分类?

通俗的讲,垃圾分类就是在源头将垃圾分类投放,并通过分类收集、资源化、无害化处理。

生活垃圾为什么要分类?

校园垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化处理势在必行，而垃圾处理科学化的前提条件是垃圾必须分类收集。要使校园生活垃圾变废为宝，需要采取垃圾减量与资源回收等方式来降低成本、减少消耗以逐步达到校园生活垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化。

垃圾分类的意义是什么？

垃圾分类是垃圾分类处理的重要组成部分。

1. 充分回收可利用材料，变废为宝。通过垃圾分类处置、分类收集，从垃圾中分拣出有用的物质，再循环利用，变废为宝，如纸、塑料、橡胶、金属、废旧家电等。这不仅提高了垃圾资源的利用率，而且减少了废物处理量。是实现减废和资源化利用的重要途径和手段。

2、减少环境污染。垃圾随意堆放或简单填埋会污染地下水和空气，滋生大量蚊虫和细菌，传播疾病，直接危害人们的身心健康。

3、降低垃圾处理量和处理成本。垃圾分类收集后，方便不同种类的垃圾分类处理。如果垃圾焚烧回收热能，焚烧残渣再进行卫生填埋处理，可以减少填埋量和垃圾占用面积，从而达到减少处理量和处理成本的目的。

What is the meaning of garbage sorting?

3. Reduce the amount of garbage disposal and disposal costs. After the garbage is collected by classification, it is convenient for different types of garbage to be classified and processed. If the waste is incinerated to recover heat energy, and the incineration residue is then sanitary landfill disposal, the amount of landfill and the area occupied by the waste can be reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the amount of treatment and the cost of treatment.
